To protect the platform and honest users, PakEarn records signals such as device and session information and reviews unusual activity. This information is used for security and fraud prevention purposes and may be reviewed by our administrators when investigating a case.

PakEarn relies on service providers for hosting, database, authentication and analytics. Survey and offerwall partners receive only the information needed to serve and attribute an activity — typically an anonymised user identifier and general demographic attributes. They do not receive your password or your payout details.

Access to user data is restricted, database access rules limit what each account can read, and payout details are used only to process the withdrawal you requested. No online service can promise absolute security, so we do not claim it.

Transaction records may be retained for as long as needed for accounting, fraud prevention and applicable legal requirements.
